Welcome to the Passive Income Investor Blog.
I’m a 36 year old entrepreneur from New Jersey who has run a successful business for more than 10 years. Over the years I have noticed that most people keep working harder and harder to better their lifestyle and yet keep living from paycheck to paycheck with nothing to show for it. There is surely a better way.
If you develop several various streams of passive income, you would be able to work less, enjoy life more and make more money. Why not make your money work for you so that you don’t have to? This can be accomplished through saving and investing your money wisely. I have been investing in stocks and commodities for quite a while with very good results and recently have been diversifying into other passive income investments like real estate, lending money and more.
This blog will discuss some of the investment ideas that have worked for me, and track my efforts in building up my passive income portfolio to a point that I don’t have to work unless I really want to, and can spend my time looking for good investments and starting new businesses.
